Napa Valley Hospice & Adult Day Services, a non-profit organization, provides life-affirming care with remarkable compassion during life’s most challenging transitions. Celebrating our 33rd year, our programs have served more than 10,000 families in the Napa Valley over the past decade alone, and provide an important support service within our community.

Mind Boosters is designed specifically for people experiencing changes in memory, or people with the diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment or Dementia. This program takes a proactive approach in addressing the challenges of memory loss.
Caregivers facing the difficulty of navigating the complicated choices available will have a single resource to help them assess the situation, connect with the appropriate services, and coordinate the many facets of a loved one’s care.
As the only designated Alzheimer’s Resource Center for Napa County, Adult Day Services provides resources to those who have concerns, questions, or need guidance about a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease or another dementia. Whether you’re looking for legal and financial advice, companion care, or meal delivery, our social workers can link you with community resources to assist you. We will help set up and coordinate the variety of support services you’ll need across the course of dementia.
Our diverse program of health, social and rehabilitation services promote the well-being, dignity and self-esteem of individuals. Our goal is to maximize independence, improve management of chronic symptoms, prevent hospitalization and/or premature nursing home placement and provide support and relief to caregivers.
Registered nurses, social workers, spiritual care providers and volunteers team up and work with seriously-ill patients and their families to manage symptoms, navigate health options and the healthcare system while providing other practical, social and spiritual support.
Hospice is a complete system of care and support for persons facing the end of life. Our team provides comfort, symptom management and specialized end-of-life services to all those affected. Hospice works with patients and families to learn their goals of care, enabling patients to experience the highest quality of life possible.
Our Grief Support Services offer expert and professional counseling in dealing with grief and loss in a healthy way. Anyone from the community can participate in our counseling and programming at little or no cost.
