Hospice is a complete system of care and support for persons facing the end of life.  When cure is no longer an option, the hospice team provides comfort, symptom management and specialized end-of-life services to all those affected.  Hospice works with patients and families to learn their goals of care, enabling patients to experience the highest quality of life possible.  Based on a patient’s and family’s goals, our hospice team, along with their personal physician, creates an individualized plan to help reach those goals.
